Hitman game already had four in its series : Codename 47, Silent Assassin, Contracts and Blood Money. The first 'Hitman' movie was produced by Vin Diesel and directed by Xavier Gens which had Timothy Olyphant in the lead role paired opposite to Olga Kurylenko. It was said that Vin Diesel himself would slip into the role but at the very last moment he opted out taking a backseat as the producer.
The movie traces the story of a contract assassin codenamed Agent 47 who had witnesses a traumatic past an elementary school which made him a highly decorated fighter who could have killed anyone with his bare hands. He is being hired by 'The Organization' and the plot as it thickens draws the hired gun into muddy waters of political conflicts where one bullet is both a savior as well as a destroyer. Hitman finds himself torn apart between his missions that he has to accomplish and his latent conscience being spurred up by a Russian girl who is also an alibi to a major political disclosure. The filmmakers have promised the new 'Hitman' movie to be decked up with never seen before surprise packages and is slotted for a late 2010 release.
