Michael Jackson’s First Death Anniversary



A year has passed since pop legend Michael Jackson died under mysterious circumstances. Today his first death anniversary is being celebrated all over the world. To pay tribute to the legendary singer his fans and media entities have planned for several types of programs and ceremonies at various places. ‘The Spirit of Michael Jackson,’ a special multimedia tribute show to honor him will be presented by Laser Spectacular at the Memorial Auditorium of Sacramento. The show will be presented at several places including Stockon’s Bob Hope Theater and in Los Angeles. The producer and creator of the show is Steve Monistere.

Billy Angelini has worked as the show’s dance director and choreographer. He spent three months preparing for it. At first, it was decided only male dancers will be included in it but later two girls were roped in to participate. The show is nothing short of an extravaganza with a Michael Jackson impersonator, digital recorded music and live dancers blended seamlessly. This show pays tribute to the singer by covering his entire career and growth in the industry over the years. He has used parts of the music videos Michael Jackson used in his albums.

Apart from this digital multimedia show tour, other forms of tributes are also pouring in from various quarters. Madame Tussaud’s Museum in Washington D.C. has offered a wax replica of the singer for viewing for free. The fans of the singer can pose with the replica and get themselves snapped too. The sales of his evergreen records are still at the top and their popularity has not decreased even after his demise.
