After the success of 'Raavanan', Vikram has switch on to his next project 'Vedi' directed by Boopathy Pandian. After completing 2 days shooting, it was stopped due to some location problems. Sources say that again it will start its shoot on July 14th in Trichy.

According to close sources the story of 'Vedi' will begin in Trichy and then travels to Salem and ends in Madurai with a climax. According to the script, the shooting schedules will also move from Trichy to Madurai via Selam.
The romantic sequences between the heroine Ileana and Vikram will be picturized in Trichy and Selam. She has given the call sheet for Vedi from July 20 and will be in Chennai on 18th.

In the mean time, Vikram will fly to USA with his family for 10 day holiday trip and will also take part in the Annual Tamil Convention of organized by the Federations of Tamil Sangams of North America (FeTNA).
