After the grand success of 'VTV"(Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya), Simbu is planning to start his next project. Its well known as Simbu is shooting for 'Poda podi' and a few days back we report as that critically acclaimed Telugu film 'Vedam' directed by Krish is all set to be remade in Tamil soon.

Now the latest buzz that Simbu has done a photo shoot for the Tamil remake of 'Vedam'. Telugu version had Allu Arjun, Anushka and Manoj Manchu in the lead. Simbu will play Allu Arjun's role 'Cable Raju'in Tamil version along with Manoj and Anushka.

Jithan Ramesh will be producing the Tamil Version. Source say that Anushka is not interested to do the same role in the film for Tamil version also. So, the filmmakers are planning to rope Tapsee in place of Anushka.
