The much hyped Ajith's 50th flick 'Mankatha' had its movie launch few days back.

The film is look like a mega multi-star project to be made in both Tamil and Telugu. The film casts Ajith, Telugu Superstar Nagarjuna, Manoj Manchu, Ganesh Venkatraman, Premgi and newcomer Maahat in the lead.

Earlier there is an buzz that Neetu Chandra and Lakshmi Rai are playing female lead role. But the director says that nothing is confirmed as yet.

The director Venkat Prabhu after conferring with a foremost numerologist has decided to change the spelling of the film, which has before spelled as 'Mangatha' is now changed as 'Mankatha'.

And the music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed an highly impressive teaser for 'Mankatha' which will be telecast in between 'Naan Mahaan Alla' on August 20th.

Our source says that the film is all set to start its shooting on the starting of September 2nd week.
