Story :

'Boss Engira Baskaran' is a simple story about Baskaran(Arya) who is known as Boss(Arya) among with his friendship circle is a fun loving, romantic guy, Boss is one of the student who is frequently keeps arrears. Nallathambi(Santhanam) accompanies Boss every where and makes the humorous part of the film plays a barber role. When Boss comes to write his arrears exams he meet Chandrika(Nayantara). Nayantara is a professor who invigilates the Exam hall.Boss is caught by Chandrika while he was copying in exam. Boss falls in love at first sight with Chandrika. Unfortunately Boss's brother is engaged with Chandrika's sister, Engagement increases the boding between them.

Boss's proposal with a gentle smile,So they both are relatives now.The elders in house oppose their love because Boss is not yet settled. So Boss plans to start a Tutorial center. The sequences where Boss and Nallathambi strives to get the capital money for their business are really very humerus.

Finally Boss starts the Tutorial which also ends up in a disaster.The strategy methods they try to develop the tutorial center makes us burst out laugh. Finally they Succeeded in their Business.Boss Arranges marriage to his sister successfully. Next Boss plans to Get permission from his Family members,but Chandrika's father strongly opposes this proposal, He already arranges an alliance for Chandrika, Jiiva,a big business man. The rest is about how boss gets his lady love with out missing the humor for us.


Performances :

Arya was awesome in his performance as usual, Nayanthara a homely and glamor girl in this film and she attracted the audience with the Saree and Salwar. Santhanam has stole the show complete with his dialogue delivery. Jeeva has appeared a guest role made every one laugh. And other characters were good in their performance


Music :

As it is Yuvan Shankar Raja's musical score is mind-boggling, The song 'Yaar Indhan Penn' and 'MaMa Mama' tracks are fantastically.


Technology :

Sakthi Saravanan's Cinematography in the film was good,The camera angles were different and new in this film.


Verdict : Boss of Comedy..
