The much awaited film of Superstar Rajinikanth and Ashwarya Rai starrer 'Endhiran' has been censored by censor board in Chennai and it has earns a clear 'U' certification.

Hansraj Saxena COO of Sun Pictures at the audio launch of 'Ithanai Naalai Engirunthai' has said that "We are planning to release the film in 2000 screens worldwide".

The biggest buzz that when the film will hit the screens ?, Earlier there is an report that the film was supposed to release on September 24.

But Now Sun Pictures has official confirmed that the film will hit the screens on October 1st.
