Vijay's 51st film 'Kaavalan' is nearing it completion and currently the film shooting is going on in Chennai Valsarapakkam. The producers are planning to release the film for Diwali.

Source says that director Sakthi Chidambaram may acquire the rights of the film and release it under his Cinema Paradise banner.

Asin's characterization will be equally important as Vijay. And the second half is reported to be around just 3 characters Vijay, Asin and another girl.
