Gautham Menon has replaced Trisha with the beauty Amy Jackson of 'Madrassapattinam' fame in his 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa' (VTV) Hindi remake.

Source says that the director has reworked in the script that "The hero falling in love with a Syrian Christian Malayali girl and the hero going to Kerala for search her, it was tweaked to the hero going after a European girl and travelling all over Europe and search his lady love.

After a very impressive debut in Kollywood the actress Amy Jackson has singed do her first Bollywood film with Gautham Menon.
