Karthi's next film 'Siruthai' which is a remake of Telugu hit film 'Vikramarkudu'. First time the actor has plays a dual role and Tamanna is play the lead role in the film. It was directed by a popular cinematographer turned directer Shiva.

Source says that recently the climax scenes of the film was taken in Badami(Karnataka), Karthi has performed some remarkable stunts with little helps.

A huge iron bridge set has been put up by the art director Rajeevan. The shot with several stunt men taking part in the bridge. Few risky scenes where Karthi to hang from under the bridge for a long time has shot.
