Not Studios of 'Thamizh Padam' is producing the film 'Va Quarter Cutting' which has Shiva, SPB Charan and Lekha in lead role. And Dhayanidhi Alagiri has acquired the distribution rights of the film under the banner of Cloud Nine Movies.

The movie will be a full swing comedy entertainer about the adventures of a Chennai youth, which has directed by Pushkar and Gayathri

Think Music has acquired the audio rights of the film and the audio launch on September 1st. G.V Prakash Kumar has scored music for this flick.
